Is BLOOM’s packaging discreet?

You betcha! We will ship your order in a plain box with no identifying information about the goodies inside. The sender will be listed as Bloom Shipping.

How long will it take to receive my package?

We do our best to get your order out the door within 2-3 business days. We are a small business and sometimes face delays and inventory issues, so it can take a bit longer occasionally. We will always let you know once your item has shipped and include tracking information.

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of the products we carry - we cannot accept returns or exchanges. All sales of sex toys are final. This is a health and safety issue, so unfortunately even if the product is in its packaging and sealed, we cannot accept it.

My product stopped working - what do I do?

Let us know! If your product has stopped working in the first 30-days, you are eligible for a replacement or store credit. If the product stopped working after 30 days, you may be eligible for a repair or replacement claim depending on the manufacturer’s warranty. Unsure about that? No problem - get in touch and we will help.

How do I clean/care for my purchase?

Is it BLOOM or youBLOOM?

Our company name is youBLOOM Sexual Wellness, but we go by BLOOM for short! There are a ton of businesses that include BLOOM, so we know it can be confusing - but hey, we' really liked the name and how it embodied what we are promoting (pleasure and discovery).
